Multiverse Family Installment Plan Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Media 4 U (“Provider”) and Client for the purchase of
the Multiverse Family Installment Plan. 1. Plan Overview
- Total Cost: $500 (reflecting a $400 savings)
- Payment Terms: 5 monthly installments of $100 each
2. What’s Included
- Website build
- Domain name and hosting for one (1) year
- Connection of social media accounts
- Professional email setup
3. Payment Schedule & Deliverables
Payment 1 ($100):
Due at the start of the project. Client must provide the following:
- Preferred color scheme, theme, and vibe
- Logo with transparent background
- Any specific images to be used
- Current website information (if applicable)
- All social media links
- Contact information and any other details to be included
Provider will begin building the website upon receipt of the first payment and required materials. The
Client will have access to view progress and request revisions. Final approval will be obtained prior to
launch.
Payment 2 ($100):
Upon receipt of the second payment, the website will be published live and remain live provided all
future payments are made on schedule.
Payments 3 – 5 ($100 each):
Due monthly until total balance of $500 is paid.
4. Late Payments
If any payment is more than 30 days late, the website will be paused and become inaccessible until
payment is received or alternate arrangements are made.
5. Termination
If the Client fails to complete payment in full, Media 4 U reserves the right to suspend services and
remove the website.
6. Agreement
By signing below, the Client agrees to the terms of this contract and authorizes Media 4 U to proceed
with the Multiverse Family Installment Plan.
